    400g large carrots

    400g Parsnips

    60ml Specially Selected Rapeseed oil

    60ml Grandessa Squeezy honey

    80g Pack Pomegranate seeds

    Sea salt


    Peel the carrots and the parsnips

    Cut into batons

    Cook them in some boiling salted water for 2 mins

    Drain well

    Put them into a large roasting tray

    Mix the oil and honey together – pour over the vegetables in the tray

    Roast for 25/ 30 mins – turning once during the cooking

    Serve sprinkled with the pomegranate seeds
