Ghostly Rum Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 60ml Roast Coffee
  • Rum/Cassario Rum
  • 200ml Fresh Coffee
  • 2 tsp Demerara Sugar

To Serve

  • 2 Glass Coffee cups
  • Squirty Cream
  • 4 Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Coffee Beans

Method

  1. Add 1 teaspoon of demerara sugar to each glass and add the hot coffee and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Add the rum and stir to combine.
  3. Top with squirty cream to resemble a ghost.
  4. Arrange the chocolate chips as the ghost’s eyes and the coffee beans as the mouth.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
