    Sparkling Spiced Sangria

    1 Bottle Sparkling Shiraz Red Wine

    1 litre bottle Apple and Elderflower Sparkling Water

    3 Oranges

    1 Red Apple

    1 x 500g bag Frozen Black Forest Fruits

    2 tsp Mixed Spice

    50ml Brandy (optional)

    Method

    Juice 2 of the oranges.

    Put the wine, frozen berries, mixed spice, orange juice and brandy, if using, into a large pitcher and mix well.

    Slice the remaining orange and the apple and add to the drink.

    Pour into glasses and top with the sparkling water and serve.
