Plant leftover coriander outdoors

You can plant your leftover coriander outdoors from spring onwards. Water well, before and after planting. Coriander leaves, stems and flowers are all edible and can be harvested from mid-summer onwards.

Place mint plants in moist, drained soil that gets full sun/partial shade. If growing outdoors, it's best to grow in a pot as mint can compete with neighbouring plants. To keep your mint plant healthy, cut it regularly.
