Christmas Croissarnie
Serve up a surprising sweet treat packed with mincemeat, mascarpone and brandy for the ultimate festive flavour.

Ingredients
- 4x All butter croissants
- 10g Butter
- 160g Mincemeat
- 2tsp Brandy
- 150g Mascarpone
- 30g Icing sugar
- 2 Figs- sliced into quarters
Method
- Take the croissants and roll them flat using a heavy rolling pin.
- Beat the icing sugar and mascarpone together in a bowl until smooth. Take a piping bag/sandwich bag, cut off the tip and fill this with the mascarpone.
- Heat a pan on high and fry the croissants in the butter on both sides.
- Heat the mincemeat and the brandy in the microwave for 40 seconds until warm.
- Slice the croissants in half and place 4 of them on plates pipe on the mascarpone and top with the mincemeat. Place the other 4 croissants on top carefully. Dust with icing sugar, decorate with figs and eat whilst warm.
