    Pink Lady Gin Spritz

    50ml Comhla Scottish gin

    10 Raspberries

    ½ Pink Lady Apple

    2 x 150ml Ridge Valley Mediterranean Tonic

    Juice ½ Lime

    Handful of Ice Cubes


    Take a slice from the apple and chop the rest – keep the slice for garnish.

    Put into a cocktail shaker along with some ice cubes.

    Break up the raspberries and add to the shaker with the gin and the lime juice.

    Shake well and allow to sit for 5 minutes to incorporate the flavours. Add some more ice to a

    large glass.

    Strain the gin into the glass. Pour over the tonic water and the raspberries.

    Garnish with a slice of lime.

    Alternatively, skewer with some apple or raspberries.
