    Broccoli and Leek Bake

    350g broccoli

    2 leeks

    500g Cucina lasagne sauce

    40g mature cheddar cheese – grated

    1 tsp Stonemills paprika

    1 tsp wholegrain mustard

    Sea salt and black pepper

    Method

    Preheat the oven to 200°c/400°f/gas6

    Wash the leeks and chop into rings

    Break the broccoli into florets

    Cook them both in some boiling water for 3 mins and drain well

    In a bowl mix the sauce with the mustard, season with some black pepper and the paprika – mix well – add the broccoli and leeks and gently mix

    Put this into an oven proof dish – sprinkle over the cheese

    Bake in the oven for 20 mins
