Burger Crunch Wraps

Burgers with cheese and bacon wrapped in crispy tortillas.

Ingredients

  • 4 Specially Selected Aberdeen Angus Beef Burgers
  • 12 Rashers Specially Selected Plain Streaky Bacon
  • 1 Large Brown Onion, Peeled and Sliced
  • 20ml Sunflower Oil
  • 80g Burger Relish
  • 8 Slices Cheesy Singles
  • 4 Large White Tortilla Wraps
  • 4 Mini White Tortilla Wraps
  • 16 Tortilla Chips

Method

  1. Fry the onion until golden in the sunflower oil.
  2. Slightly flatten the burgers to make them a little thinner.
  3. Grill the burgers and the bacon slices until cooked to your liking.
  4. Place the large wraps on a board and divide the burger relish between them, spreading into a burger-sized circle in the middle.
  5. Add the bacon then place the burgers on top.
  6. Top with fried onions and then 2 slices of cheese.
  7. Place 4 tortilla chips on top of the cheese, then finish with a mini tortilla wrap.
  8. Fold the edges of the large wrap on the bottom over the mini one, carefully turn over to make a roundish parcel.
  9. Dry fry the parcels 4-5 minutes each side in the frying pan to crisp up the wraps. Keep warm while you fry the rest, then slice in half to serve.
