Ingredients
- 4 Specially Selected Aberdeen Angus Beef Burgers
- 12 Rashers Specially Selected Plain Streaky Bacon
- 1 Large Brown Onion, Peeled and Sliced
- 20ml Sunflower Oil
- 80g Burger Relish
- 8 Slices Cheesy Singles
- 4 Large White Tortilla Wraps
- 4 Mini White Tortilla Wraps
- 16 Tortilla Chips
Method
- Fry the onion until golden in the sunflower oil.
- Slightly flatten the burgers to make them a little thinner.
- Grill the burgers and the bacon slices until cooked to your liking.
- Place the large wraps on a board and divide the burger relish between them, spreading into a burger-sized circle in the middle.
- Add the bacon then place the burgers on top.
- Top with fried onions and then 2 slices of cheese.
- Place 4 tortilla chips on top of the cheese, then finish with a mini tortilla wrap.
- Fold the edges of the large wrap on the bottom over the mini one, carefully turn over to make a roundish parcel.
- Dry fry the parcels 4-5 minutes each side in the frying pan to crisp up the wraps. Keep warm while you fry the rest, then slice in half to serve.
