Frankfurter Sausage served with Cheese Slaw

BBQ Frankfurter sausages served on a bed of crunch slaw.

Ingredients
- 6 x Frankfurters
- 1 x Pack 6 Specially Selected Brioche Hot Dog Rolls
- 150g Red Cabbage
- 4 x Spring Onions
- 2 x Carrots
- 6 x Mini Peppers
- 35g Red Leicester Cheese, grated
- 35g Mature Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 80g Mayonnaise
- 20ml Cider Vinegar
Method
- Finely shred the cabbage. Wipe, trim and finely slice the spring onions. Peel and cut the carrots into matchsticks. Cut the peppers into matchsticks.
- Put all the above into a bowl, add the grated cheeses, mayo and cider vinegar, season with some black pepper and mix well.
- Barbecue or grill the frankfurters as per directions on the pack.
- Split open the buns, add a little slaw, then top with the frankfurters.
- Serve the remaining slaw in a bowl.
