Slow Cooker Philly Cheese Steaks

The perfect mid week meal all cooked in the slow cooker!

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
- 2x Large Or 3x Small White Onions, Sliced
- 350g Of Beef Steak, Thinly Sliced
- Optional Jalapeños Or Gherkins
- 1 Tbsp. Salted Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1x Red Or Green Pepper, Sliced
- 100ml Beef Stock
- Handful Of Fresh Coriander, Chopped
- Any Mayo, I Used Garlic
- Fresh Mozzarella, Thinly Sliced
- 4x Sub Rolls
Method
- Fry off your chopped onions until crispy in a frying pan with the butter.
- Add them to the base of your slow cooker with the brown sugar and mix.
- Add the steak strips on top with garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add your peppers on top, then add in stock and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
- When finished cooking, add in a handful of fresh coriander and stir together.
- Slice rolls and add mayo to each one. Add cheese, then some steak mix, then more cheese to each one, cover in foil, and place in a preheated oven for a few minutes to melt cheese.
- Add jalapeños or gherkins and serve.
