4 medium Bananas
25g The Pantry Plain Flour
4 slices Specially Selected Thinly Sliced Wiltshire Honey Ham
4g Dijon Mustard
70g Blue Stilton
½ tsp Stonemill Paprika
½ tsp Stonemill Garlic Granules
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan, sprinkle over the flour, paprika and garlic granules and cook for a minute.
Slowly add the milk, stirring all the time, until the sauce thickens.
Crumble in the blue stilton, season with some salt and black pepper, then put the sauce to one side.
Peel the bananas and brush the mustard over them.
Wrap each banana in a slice of ham.
Place the bananas in a single layer in an ovenproof dish and pour over the stilton sauce.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, then serve.
