Kimchi Bloody Mary

Ingredients

  • 180ml Passata
  • 50ml Vodka
  • 30ml Kimchi Juice, from jar
  • 25ml Lime Juice
  • Splash of Soy Sauce
  • Splash of Worcestershire Sauce
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper
  • Ice

To garnish:

  • 1 Celery Stick
  • 1 skewer of Kimchi  

  

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a glass, over ice, and stir to combine.
  2. Garnish with the celery and kimchi skewer and serve.
