Velvet Potion Liqueur Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 100ml Velvet Liqueur / Amaretto
  • 2 shots Fresh Espresso Coffee (90ml)
  • 2 tsp Demerara Sugar
  • Ice

To Serve

  • 2 Martini glasses
  • 2 Cherries

Method

  1. Stir the demerara sugar into the hot espresso, until dissolved.
  2. Place the sweetened coffee and velvet liqueur into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake for 60 seconds.
  3. Pour through a strainer into each martini glass.
  4. Garnish with a fresh cherry and serve.
