Velvet Potion Liqueur Cocktail

Ingredients
- 100ml Velvet Liqueur / Amaretto
- 2 shots Fresh Espresso Coffee (90ml)
- 2 tsp Demerara Sugar
- Ice
To Serve
- 2 Martini glasses
- 2 Cherries
Method
- Stir the demerara sugar into the hot espresso, until dissolved.
- Place the sweetened coffee and velvet liqueur into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake for 60 seconds.
- Pour through a strainer into each martini glass.
- Garnish with a fresh cherry and serve.
