Halloween Homemade Taco Dip

Ingredients

  • 3 Large Avocados, ripe
  • 20g Coriander, stalks removed
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • ½green Chilli, diced
  • A pinch of Sea Salt
  • 20g Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 20g Red Leicester Cheese, grated
  • 1 Spring Onion, finely sliced
  • 2 Cherry Tomatoes, sliced?
  • 1 tbsp Sour Cream
  • 3 Black Olives

Method

  1. Slice the avocados in half and scoop out the flesh. Pulse in a food processor together with the coriander, lime juice, green chilli and sea salt until smooth.
  2. Place the dip in a medium sized wide-rimmed bowl. Take the sour cream and pipe on a web pattern and pipe round the rim of the dish. Sprinkle the rim with the cheese, spring onion and tomatoes. Cut one of the olives in half and place on the web to create the bodies of two spiders and cut the other 2 olives into rings and then slice these in half to give spiders’ legs.
