Spooky Skull Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 700g New Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • ½ tsp Dried Chilli Flakes
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated
  • 1 tbsp Parsley, chopped

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6.
  2. Wash your potatoes, then using a paring knife or the eye remover on a peeler, carve out two eyes and a mouth into each potato to create a skull face.
  3. Add the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chilli flakes, salt and pepper to the potatoes, then mix until well combined.
  4. Roast the potatoes for 30-40 minutes until the potatoes are cooked.
  5. Sprinkle over the grated parmesan and chopped parsley, then serve.
