Spooky Skull Potatoes

Ingredients
- 700g New Potatoes
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- ½ tsp Dried Chilli Flakes
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Pepper
- 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated
- 1 tbsp Parsley, chopped
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6.
- Wash your potatoes, then using a paring knife or the eye remover on a peeler, carve out two eyes and a mouth into each potato to create a skull face.
- Add the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chilli flakes, salt and pepper to the potatoes, then mix until well combined.
- Roast the potatoes for 30-40 minutes until the potatoes are cooked.
- Sprinkle over the grated parmesan and chopped parsley, then serve.
