Roasted Sprouts with Blue Cheese.

Ingredients
- 400g Brussels Sprouts, trimmed
- 50g Wagyu Dripping or Goose Fat
- 25ml Sunflower Oil
- ½ tsp Dried Sage
- ½ x tsp Garlic Granules
- Large pinch Ground Nutmeg
- 100g Blue Stilton
- 30ml Squeezy Honey
- Chilli Flakes, to taste
- Sea salt and black pepper
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 200c/Gas Mark 6.
- Put the dripping or goose fat in a roasting dish and melt in the oven.
- Cut the sprouts in half then
- Put the sprouts put in a bowl. Add the sage, nutmeg, sunflower oil, garlic granules and season with salt and pepper. Mix well to coat.
- Then put the sprouts in the the roasting baking dish and roast for 15 mins minutes.
- Then stir them about with a wooden spoon and then roast another 15 mins minutes.
- Cut the stilton into small cubes.
- Put the sprouts in a serving dish, drizzle over the honey and sprinkle over the chilli flakes and the cheese cubes.
- Lightly toss to combine, then serve.
