Mini Chocolate Wreaths
Small, festive treats, perfect for holiday gifts or celebrations.

Ingredients
- 200g Dark chocolate
- 25g Salted butter
- 1 tbsp Golden syrup
- Zest of 1 orange
- 120g Cornflakes
- 50g Dried cranberries
- 50g Pistachios, shelled and chopped
Method
- You will need two baking sheets lined with greaseproof paper.
- Break the chocolate into pieces and place in a bowl over a pan of simmering water, as it begins to melt, add the butter and the syrup and remove from the heat when the mixture is fully melted and well combined.
- Stir in the orange zest and cornflakes and fold in half of the pistachios and half of the cranberries, reserving a little of each for decoration.
- Divide the mixture into 9 equal spoonfuls and make a hole in the centre using a teaspoon.
- Decorate with the cranberries, pistachios and festive sprinkles (optional) and allow the wreaths to set for 1 hour in the fridge before eating.
