Ingredients

  • 6 Rosemary Sprigs
  • 9 Yoghurt Coated Cranberries
  • 30g White Chocolate
  • 3 Cocktail Sticks
  • 2 short glasses with a flat base

Method

  1. Cut your rosemary stems in half, then turn upside down to resemble a tree shape and remove the bottom leaves to create a trunk.
  2. Skewer 3 yoghurt coated cranberries onto 2 of the cocktail sticks, using the smallest first as the head to most resemble a snowman.
  3. Use the remaining cocktail stick to create holes for the snowman’s eyes and mouth.
  4. Cut your 3 remaining coated cranberries in half and use the cocktail stick to create a hole in each – these can be used as the bases for your trees and snowmen.
  5. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 30 second blasts until just melted.
  6. Dip the ends of the rosemary trees and snowmen cocktail sticks into the melted chocolate, and then into the holes in the bases.
  7. To make arms for the snowmen, dip the ends of 4 small rosemary leaves into the melted chocolate then place them onto the snowman.
  8. Dip the bases in the melted chocolate, then place them into your glasses and leave to set for a couple of minutes.
  9. Fill the glasses with enough water to just cover the bases and place into the freezer for a couple of hours until frozen.
  10. When ready to serve, remove from the freezer and fill with your favourite clear cocktail - a gin and tonic works brilliantly!
