Banana Bread Biscuit Spread Porridge

Ingredients
- 80g Organic Jumbo Porridge Oats
- 440ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Light Soft Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 Bananas
- 40g Pecans
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Ground Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Caramelised Biscuit Spread
Method
- Begin by making the porridge. Place the oats, milk, 1 tablespoon of the brown sugar,
- the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil then simmer for
- around 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked.
- While the porridge cooks, melt the butter in a frying pan then slice the bananas and add
- along with the remaining brown sugar and cook until caramelised.
- Add the pecans, pinch of salt and cinnamon to the caramelised bananas then remove from the heat.
- Divide the porridge between two bowls and add a swirl of caramelised biscuit spread on top of each bowl.
- Top with the caramelised bananas and pecans and serve.
