Cinnamon Bun Dessert Gnocchi

Ingredients
For the cinnamon sugar gnocchi:
- 500g Gnocchi
- 50g Butter
- 2 tbsp Soft Light Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
For the cream cheese frosting:
- 90g Low Fat Natural Yoghurt
- 60g Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Method
- Bring a large pan of water to a boil and add the gnocchi and cook for 2 minutes until they float.
- Air-fry for a couple of minutes until it starts to brown, then add the sugar and cinnamon and continue to cook until nicely caramelised.
- Alternatively, melt some butter in a frying pan and add the cooked gnocchi, then pan fry for a few minutes until brown and add the sugar and cinnamon.
- Stir together all the ingredients for the cream cheese frosting.
- Top the cinnamon gnocchi with the cream cheese mixture and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon, then serve warm.
