Pumpkin Spice Latte Boozy Affogato

Get into the spirit of Autumn with this boozy pumpkin spice affogato!

Ingredients
For the pumpkin spice ice cream:
- 397g Tin Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 500ml Double Cream
- 170g Pumpkin Puree
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Ground Ginger
- ¼ tsp Mixed Spice
For the pumpkin spiced latte affogato:
- 4 scoops Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream
- 120ml Espresso (4 x 30ml Espresso Shots)
- 120ml Amaretto
- 4 Belmont Caramelised Biscuits
Method
- Place all the ingredients for the ice cream in a large bowl and whisk until smooth and thickened.
- Place in a container and freeze for a minimum of 6 hours until fully frozen.
- When ready to serve place a scoop of pumpkin spice ice cream in a glass.
- Pour the espresso and shot of amaretto on top of each ice cream scoop.
- Serve immediately topped with a caramelised biscuit.
