Pumpkin Spice Latte Boozy Affogato

Get into the spirit of Autumn with this boozy pumpkin spice affogato!

Ingredients

For the pumpkin spice ice cream:

  • 397g Tin Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 500ml Double Cream
  • 170g Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Ground Ginger
  • ¼ tsp Mixed Spice

For the pumpkin spiced latte affogato:

  • 4 scoops Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream
  • 120ml Espresso (4 x 30ml Espresso Shots)
  • 120ml Amaretto
  • 4 Belmont Caramelised Biscuits  

  

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients for the ice cream in a large bowl and whisk until smooth and thickened.
  2. Place in a container and freeze for a minimum of 6 hours until fully frozen.
  3. When ready to serve place a scoop of pumpkin spice ice cream in a glass.
  4. Pour the espresso and shot of amaretto on top of each ice cream scoop.
  5. Serve immediately topped with a caramelised biscuit.
