Spicy Jalapeño and Churros Ice Cream

Ingedients
- 400g tin Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 500ml Double Cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 25ml Lime Juice
- Zest of 1 Lime
- 40g Chopped Jalapeños (option -use less or remove seeds for less heat)
- 80g Churros, roughly chopped
Garnish:
- 8 slices of Jalapeño
- 8 Churros
Method
- Place the condensed milk, cream, vanilla extract, lime juice and lime zest in a large bowl and whisk until smooth and thickened.
- Stir through the chopped jalapeños and churros and then place in a container and freeze for a minimum of 6 hours/until fully frozen.
- Scoop and serve with additional churros and jalapeño as a garnish.
