Ingredients
- 3 Specially Selected Aberdeen Angus Sirloin Steaks
- 1 Specially Selected Burrata
- 250g Asparagus
- 6 Spring Onions
- 60ml Sunflower Oil
- Sea Salt & Black Pepper
To serve
- Dijon Mustard
- Horseradish Sauce
- Tomato Salsa
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/Gas Mark 6.
- Either roast, barbecue or griddle the asparagus and spring onion for about 15- 20 minutes, until charred and tender.
- Cook the steaks to your liking.
- Arrange the steaks on a board alongside the burrata. Add the roasted vegetables, table sauces and pickle, then serve.
