Ingredients

  • 3 Specially Selected Aberdeen Angus Sirloin Steaks
  • 1 Specially Selected Burrata  
  • 250g Asparagus  
  • 6 Spring Onions  
  • 60ml Sunflower Oil  
  • Sea Salt & Black Pepper  

To serve

  • Dijon Mustard
  • Horseradish Sauce
  • Tomato Salsa

  

Method

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/Gas Mark 6.
  2. Either roast, barbecue or griddle the asparagus and spring onion for about 15- 20 minutes, until charred and tender.
  3. Cook the steaks to your liking.
  4. Arrange the steaks on a board alongside the burrata. Add the roasted vegetables, table sauces and pickle, then serve.
