Sausage & Bean Mini Pies

Add some fun to the dinnertable with these tasty mini pies.

Ingredients
- 220g Alphabet Potato Letters
- 1 x 400g tin Baked Beans
- 4 Pork Sausages
- 12 Yorkshire Puddings
- 50g Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 20g Gravy Granules
- 100g Tenderstem Broccoli
- 2 large Carrots, chopped into rounds
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6.
- Fry the sausages in a pan until cooked through. Cut each sausage into 4 bite-sized chunks.
- Cook the alphabet letters on a baking tray for 15 minutes, turning them halfway though cooking.
- Heat the beans in a microwaveable container.
- Spoon the beans into the Yorkshire puddings and place the sausage pieces in the beans, top with the cheese and bake for 5 minutes.
- Boil the vegetables in salted water for 3 minutes until just cooked.
- Make up the gravy with ½ pint of hot water in a jug.
- Top the Yorkshire puddings with your chosen letters and serve alongside any remaining letters, the vegetables and the gravy.
