Ingredients

  • 1 pack Slow Cooked Maple BBQ Pork Ribs
  • 225g Mature Cheddar
  • 80g Parmesan
  • 50g Mozzarella, grated
  • 400g Macaroni Pasta
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 3 tbsp Plain Flour
  • 550ml Whole Milk
  • 1 tsp English Mustard
  • 1 tbs Ready Set Cook Chives

Method

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/180°F/Gas Mark 6.
  2. Cook the ribs as per pack instructions.
  3. Grate the cheddar and parmesan.

  5. Boil the pasta for 2 minutes less than recommended on the pack, then drain.
  6. Mix the cooked pasta through the cheese sauce and pour into an oven-proof dish.
  7. . Sprinkle over the remaining grated cheese, along with the grated mozzarella, and bake for 25 minutes until golden.
  8. Slice the cooked ribs and sprinkle with the chives.
  9. Serve alongside the mac and cheese.
