Bang Bang Cauliflower Hash Browns with Hot Honey Glaze

Ingredients
- 1 medium cored Cauliflower
- 1 large Onion
- 80g Fresh Breadcrumbs
- 2 medium Eggs
- 50g Plain Flour
- 1 heaped tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic Granules
- Sea Salt and White Pepper
- Olive Oil, to fry
For the sauce:
- 60ml Runny Honey
- 2 tsp Bramwells Hot Peri Peri Sauce
- 1 tsp Dried Parsley
Method
- Finely chop the cauliflower florets, put into a food processor and blend until you have a rice-type consistency.
- Peel and finely dice the onion.
- Put the cauliflower rice, breadcrumbs, flour and seasonings into a large bowl.
- Whisk the eggs and add to the bowl, then mix well.
- Take tablespoons of the mixture (approx. 70/75g) and form into a patty shapes.
- Heat some olive oil in a skillet and fry the patties for 5/6 minutes, turning as you cook.
- Make the sauce by mixing the three ingredients together.
- Serve with the sauce drizzled over the hash browns.
