Bang Bang Cauliflower Hash Browns with Hot Honey Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cored Cauliflower
  • 1 large Onion
  • 80g Fresh Breadcrumbs
  • 2 medium Eggs
  • 50g Plain Flour
  • 1 heaped tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Granules
  • Sea Salt and White Pepper
  • Olive Oil, to fry  

For the sauce:  

  • 60ml Runny Honey
  • 2 tsp Bramwells Hot Peri Peri Sauce
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley  

Method

  1. Finely chop the cauliflower florets, put into a food processor and blend until you have a rice-type consistency.
  2. Peel and finely dice the onion.
  3. Put the cauliflower rice, breadcrumbs, flour and seasonings into a large bowl.
  4. Whisk the eggs and add to the bowl, then mix well.
  5. Take tablespoons of the mixture (approx. 70/75g) and form into a patty shapes.
  6. Heat some olive oil in a skillet and fry the patties for 5/6 minutes, turning as you cook.
  7. Make the sauce by mixing the three ingredients together.
  8. Serve with the sauce drizzled over the hash browns.
