Cheesy Garlic Wedges

Easy and oh-so-cheesy! These wedges are sure to be loved by grown-ups and wee ones a-like!
Serves: 3-4 people | Prep time: 45 minutes | Cooking time: 15 minutes

Ingredients
- 4-5 Large Maris Piper Potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp Flour
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp Oil
- 0.5 tsp Garlic granules
- 0.5 tsp Mixed herbs
- 30g Grated Grana Padano cheese
- Parmigiano Reggiano shaved cheese, as desired
Method
- Boil salted water.
- Rinse and drain potatoes and add to hot water.
- Bring to boil.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Drain.
- Put back the into pot and allow to steam and fluff up.
- Chill in the fridge.
- Add some flour to the chilled potatoes - Shake until evenly dispersed.
- Preheat oven to 225°F/245°C/Gas Mark 9.
- Place dry potatoes in oven for 10 mins to dry and crisp up.
- Coat in oil and cook a further 20 mins.
- Sprinkle with garlic granules/mixed herbs and cheese to your liking - Cook further 10 mins.
