Honey Drizzle Sauce

To serve with cooked salmon or chicken.

Ingredients
- 50g Salted Butter, cut into cubes
- 100ml Honey
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
Method
- Place all the ingredients into a small pan.
- Heat gently for a minute to melt the butter, mixing well.
- Allow to cool slightly then pour over the cooked salmon or chicken.
