Honey Drizzle Sauce

To serve with cooked salmon or chicken.

Ingredients

  • 50g Salted Butter, cut into cubes
  • 100ml Honey
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a small pan.
  2. Heat gently for a minute to melt the butter, mixing well.
  3. Allow to cool slightly then pour over the cooked salmon or chicken.
