Mustard Red Cabbage

Ingredients
- ½ large Red Cabbage, thinly sliced
- 40g Butter
- 300ml Full Fat Crème Fraîche
- 50g Wholegrain Mustard
- 5g Fresh Parsley, chopped
- Sea Salt and Black Pepper
Method
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan and cook the cabbage for a couple of minutes, turning regularly in the butter.
- Pour over 125ml boiling water, season with some salt, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
- Drain any water, add the mustard and the crème fraîche, season with some black pepper and heat through.
- Sprinkle with the chopped parsley and serve immediately.
