Autumnal Popcorn
Spiced Apple Popcorn

Ingredients
- 110g Sweet & Salty Popcorn
- 1 Red Apple, finely diced
- 1 tbsp Soft Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Toffee Sauce
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC/160ºC Fan/Gas Mark 4.
- Pour the popcorn into a deep baking tray.
- Add the sliced apple, sugar, a little water and half the cinnamon to a pan and cook on a high heat for 1-2 minutes until the water is absorbed.
- Place the apple slices onto the baking tray with the popcorn and bake for a few minutes. Pour into a bowl, sprinkle with the rest of the cinnamon, then drizzle over the toffee sauce.
S'mores Gingerbread Popcorn

Ingredients
- 110g Sweet & Salty Popcorn
- ¼ tsp Dried Ginger
- 1 tbsp Butter, melted and cooled
- 70g Mini Marshmallows
- 80g Milk Chocolate Chips
- 2 Ginger Biscuits, crumbled
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC/160ºC Fan/Gas Mark 4.
- Pour the popcorn into a deep baking tray.
- Add the ginger to the melted butter and pour over the popcorn, mixing thoroughly.
- Sprinkle over the marshmallows, then place in the oven for 5 minutes until the marshmallows are browned and popcorn is hot. Place the popcorn into a bowl.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 10 second bursts until molten and pour this over the popcorn with the crumbled ginger biscuits.
Pumpkin-Spiced Popcorn

- 110g Sweet Popcorn
- 1tbsp Pumpkin Puree
- 80g White Chocolate Chips
- 1 tsp Mixed Spice
- 1 tbsp Dark Brown Soft Sugar
- 1 tbs Maple Syrup
- 30g Pecans, chopped
- Spray Light Sunflower Oil
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC/160ºC Fan/Gas Mark 4.
- Microwave the pumpkin puree and white chocolate chips in a bowl for 30 seconds, then pour over popcorn on a deep baking tray.
- Pour the popcorn into a deep baking tray.
- Once the edges are browned, sprinkle with sugar and mixed spice.
- Add a drizzle of maple syrup and chopped pecans.
