Dirty Martini Dip

Ingredients
- 250g Cream Cheese
- 120ml Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- ½ Lemon Zest
- ½ tsp Dried Oregano
- 2 tbsp Gin
- 1 tbsp Vodka
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Pepper
- 75g Colossal Green Olives, roughly chopped
- 50g Chargrilled Red Peppers, roughly chopped
- 1 Spring Onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp Flat Leaf Parsley, roughly chopped
- 150g Feta
To garnish:
- Savour Bakes Multi-Seed Flatbreads
- Green Olives
- Parsley, roughly chopped
- Drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Method
- Place the cream cheese, sour cream, olive oil, lemon juice and zest, dried oregano, gin, vodka, salt and pepper into a mixing bowl and whisk until fully combined and smooth.
- Add the roughly chopped olives, chargrilled red peppers, spring onion and parsley mix to combine.
- Crumble the feta into the dip and mix, then divide the dip between 6 martini glasses.
- Serve topped with the garnishes and flatbread.
