Mini Pasta Bowls

Ingredients
- 12 Meatballs
- 120g Spaghetti
- 340g Specially Selected Bolognese Pasta Sauce
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ tsp Dried Chilli Flakes
- 12 shards of Parmesan
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Pepper
- Fresh Basil
Method
- Pre-heat your oven to 190°C and bake the meatballs for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water for 9-11 minutes until cooked to your liking, then drain and coat with the olive oil.
- Warm the sauce and season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes, then divide between 12 small bowls and top each with a shard of parmesan.
- Wrap the spaghetti around 12 skewers and top with a meatball.
- Stand a skewer in each bowl and serve warm, topped with fresh basil.
