Mini Pasta Bowls

Ingredients

  • 12 Meatballs
  • 120g Spaghetti
  • 340g Specially Selected Bolognese Pasta Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp Dried Chilli Flakes
  • 12 shards of Parmesan
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper
  • Fresh Basil  

Method

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 190°C and bake the meatballs for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  2. Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water for 9-11 minutes until cooked to your liking, then drain and coat with the olive oil.
  3. Warm the sauce and season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes, then divide between 12 small bowls and top each with a shard of parmesan.
  4. Wrap the spaghetti around 12 skewers and top with a meatball.
  5. Stand a skewer in each bowl and serve warm, topped with fresh basil.
