Savoury S’mores

Ingredients

Halloumi & Hot Honey S’mores:

  • 120g Halloumi
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • ½ tsp crushed Chilli Flakes
  • 12 Sea Salt Crackers
  • Fresh Thyme

Prosciutto & Truffle S’mores:

  • 6 slices of Prosciutto
  • 120g Truffle Cheddar
  • 6 tsp Caramelised Onion Chutney
  • 12 Black Pepper Crackers
  • Fresh Thyme

Pickle & Cheddar S’mores:

  • 6 tsp Sweet Pickle
  • 120g Cheddar
  • 12 Specially Selected Chilli Crackers
  • Small handful of Rocket

Method

  1. Prepare the black pepper crackers by topping with the onion chutney and prosciutto.
  2. Spread the sweet pickle over the chilli crackers and top with the rocket.
  3. Cut the 3 cheeses into 6 chunks, then place on skewers.
  4. Cook the cheese over a gas hob or bonfire until caramelised and beginning to melt (alternatively, you can use a blow torch or grill).
  5. Drizzle the halloumi with the honey and chilli flakes.
  6. Press the caramelised cheeses between the different crackers, garnish with fresh thyme and serve warm.
