Elevate breakfast time with crispy bacon, runny eggs, a soft naan and to top it all off, add homemade garlic aioli.
8 Rashers Streaky Bacon
2 Eggs
1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
2 Naan Breads
Garlic Aioli:
50g Mayonnaise
1 Garlic Clove, (finely chopped)
1 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
To Garnish:
Fresh Coriander
Preheat the grill to high. Place the bacon under the grill for 3 minutes on each side, or until crispy.
While the bacon cooks, make the aioli by combining all the ingredients in a small bowl and mixing.
Cook the naan bread as per pack instructions.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, then add the eggs and fry for 3-5 minutes until cooked to your liking.
Spoon the aioli onto the naan bread and top with the bacon and fried egg. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
