Aldi Terms and Conditions The Mighty Trio

The Promoter is Aldi Stores Limited, Holly Lane, Atherstone, Warwickshire, CV9 2SQ (company number: 02321869).

How to enter:

  1. To enter the prize draw, Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and be the holder of a valid email account.
  2. To enter, Applicants must send an email containing their full name to the following email address: mightytrio@aldi.co.uk. If you are a winner, you will be contacted by Aldi to provide your home address for prize delivery purposes.
  3. Entries can be submitted from 00:00 AM on 20th August 2025 to 11:59 PM on 27th August 2025.
  4. All entries received after 11:59 PM on 27th August 2025 will be automatically disqualified.
  5. 10 (ten) winners will be randomly selected by a verifiably random number computer generator from all valid entries and will be contacted on or before 5th September 2025 by email to the email address used to enter the prize draw.
  6. By entering the prize draw, Applicants accept the terms and conditions set out herein.
  7. The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. No responsibility can be accepted for any technical failures of any kind or any unauthorised intervention in any part of the entry process, nor for any technical or human error, which may occur in the administration of this prize draw or the processing of entries.
  8. Entries must not contain material that:
    1. is inappropriate, offensive, indecent, obscene, hateful, defamatory, derogatory or anything similar;
    2. promotes irresponsible or excessive drinking; or
    3. may promote bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or that may promote discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity or age.
  9. Applicants acknowledge that other applicants may have submitted ideas and concepts that may be similar to their entry, and that they will not be entitled to any compensation or right to negotiate with the Promoter over such matters.
  10. Applicants warrant that their entries are their own original creation and have not been copied and/or reposted from any other persons.
  11. In the event of any dispute regarding the winners, the decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any applicant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the Applicant has breached any of these terms and conditions.

Eligibility:

  1. The prize draw is open to all residents in the UK over the age of 18 whom hold a valid email account, except employees of:
    1. the Promoter;
    2. any business involved or associated with the prize draw;
    3. any of the Promoter’s agencies (including any of their parent and/or affiliate companies); or
    4. the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and other household members of any such employee described in this clause.
  2. Any entry that features anyone under the age of 18 must have the permission of, and be submitted by, their parent or guardian (whom will be the Applicant for the purposes of the prize draw and these terms and conditions). If a winning submission features anyone under the age of 18, their parent or guardian will be required to enter into a consent form on their behalf.
  3. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw. The Promoter reserves the right to verify Applicants’ eligibility.
  4. There is a limit of 1 (one) entry to the prize draw per person.
  5. Internet access required.
  6. You may only enter the prize draw using an email account that you hold, own and control.
  7. The Promoter will not accept prize draw entries that:
    1. are automatically generated by computer;
    2. are completed by third parties or in bulk;
    3. are illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or copied; or
    4. contain a false name or address, and/or provide any other untruthful, inaccurate or misleading information.

Prize:

  1. The 10 (ten) winners will each receive 1 (one) individual limited-edition ‘The Mighty Trio’ bottle, 1 (one) bottle of Bramwells Tomato Ketchup, 1 (one) bottle of Bramwells Squeezy Real Mayonnaise, and 1 (one) bottle of Bramwells American Style Mustard (the “Prize”).
  2. The winners will each be contacted directly by email at the email address used to enter this prize draw no later than 5th September 2025 and they will be asked to confirm a UK address for delivery of the Prize.
  3. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winners. If the winners cannot be contacted, are not available, have not provided their UK address for delivery of the Prize or have not claimed their Prize within 3 (three) days, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Applicant selected from the valid entries received before the closing date.
  4. The Prize is non-refundable, non-changeable and no cash alternative will be given.
  5. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to substitute another prize of similar or greater value.
  7. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the winners to anyone who emails mightytrio@aldi.co.uk or writes to Aldi Stores Limited, Holly Lane, Atherstone, Warwickshire, CV9 2SQ (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date of the prize draw.
  8. If you object to any or all your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter mightytrio@aldi.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

Data protection and publicity:

  1. Insofar as the Promoter becomes a controller of any personal data relating to Applicants, any such personal data will be held and/or processed in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and for the purposes of the current prize draw only. The details of the Promoter’s privacy notice including details on how to exercise any rights under the data protection legislation can be found at www.aldi.co.uk/privacy.
  2. Subject to Clause 27 above, no personal data of Applicants held and/or processed by the Promoter will be disclosed to a third party without the data subject’s prior consent, other than is absolutely necessary so as to fulfil the terms of the prize draw, in which case such processing will be subject to the necessary lawful basis under data protection legislation.
  3. You should not submit any personal data that is not personal to and/or relates specifically to you. You hereby warrant that the information which you submit and/or distribute will not infringe the intellectual property or any other rights of any third party, and will not contain anything which is defamatory, obscene, indecent, harassing or threatening.
  4. By entering this prize draw, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.

Ownership and publication of prize draw entries and intellectual property rights:

  1. Winners may be required to take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from this prize draw. By entering this prize draw, you hereby assign to the Promoter, and waive your moral rights in, the copyright and all other intellectual property rights whatsoever in your entry and confirm that you have no rights in any promotional or advertising material or similar which arises out of, or is in connection with, this prize draw.

General:

  1. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry that does comply with these terms and conditions.
  2. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this prize draw if circumstances arise which are beyond its control.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the prize draw or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person deliberately to undermine the legitimate operation of the prize draw may be a violation of criminal and civil law and, should such an attempt be made, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Promoter’s failure to enforce any of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  4. Except where prohibited, Applicants agree that:
    1. any and all claims brought by them in relation to this prize draw, and any consequential judgments or awards, shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this prize draw; and
    2. under no circumstances will Applicants be permitted to obtain awards for, and Applicants hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages otherwise increased. Subject to any liability arising as a result of its fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, the Promoter’s liability for claims related to this prize draw is limited to a maximum of three thousand pounds.
  5.   To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any injury or damage to persons or property, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, from any applicant’s participation in the prize draw or from any prize.
  6. All issues and questions (whether contractual or non-contractual) concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the parties hereby agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
  7. Any other prize draws run by the Promoter will be governed by their own separate terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions for Aldi UK’s Only Fans Win a Fan Competition

How to enter:

Applicants will need to:

  • Comment on the Aldi UK Facebook post and/or Aldi Specialbuys UK Instagram post associated with the competition with the word 'subscribe'.

By entering the competition, Applicants accept these terms and conditions.

Entries can be submitted from the time of the post going live 11:45am 14.08.25 until 11.59pm 19.08.25.

100 winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries and will receive an Aldi Voucher to the value of £4.99 to cover the value of purchasing a “Mobile Design Fan” in store only. Winner will not be able to purchase online or receive the fan via delivery.

Terms and Conditions:

6. 100 winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries and will be contacted via Facebook with a comment reply from Aldi UK on the Post. The chosen winners will need to respond to Aldi UK via private message with the requested details within 48 hours of being chosen.

21. The winners will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer process from all valid entries submitted during the promotional period. The winners will be notified by a reply on their comment and will be asked to confirm an email address for their prize to be sent to. Prizes will be sent by no later than 28th August 2025.

22. Starting from the time the reply is sent from the Promoter on the Post, each winner will have 48 hours to respond to the reply on the Post notifying them that they have won.

23. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winners. If no response is received by a winner within this 48 hour period, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected at random on the same terms as the previous winner. The new winner will have 48 hours to respond to the reply on the Post notifying them that they have won.

24. The prize is non-refundable, non-changeable and no cash alternative will be given.

25. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to substitute another prize of similar or greater value.

How to enter:

To enter the competition, entrants must be resident in the UK and be 16 years of age or older. To enter entrants must:

  1. Send an email to CrispTaster@aldi.co.uk, including:
    1. the entrant’s full name, age and the county the entrant lives in;  
    2. a video that is no longer than one minute long, that confirms the entrant’s name, age, county where the entrant lives, the entrant’s favourite Aldi crisps and why the entrant should be appointed to the role of Crisp Taster; and  
    3. the entrant’s social media handles (if any).
  2. Entrants under the age of 18 must have the permission of their parent or guardian and the entry must be submitted by their parent or guardian (whom will be the entrant for the purposes of the competition and these terms and conditions). If a winning submission features anyone under the age of 18, their parent or guardian will be required to enter into a consent form on their behalf. 
  3. Entries can be submitted from 09:00 (GMT) on 14/08/2025 to 23:59 (GMT) on 21/08/2025. All entries received after 23:59 (GMT) on 21/08/2025 will be automatically discounted.
  4. One winner will be chosen by a panel of independent judges from all valid entries and will be contacted directly via the email address used to enter the competition within 7 days of the closing date for entries to be submitted.
  5. By entering the competition, entrants accept the terms and conditions set out herein.

The Crisp Taster

  1. The winner will be selected (the “Crisp Taster” and “winner”) by Aldi. The winner will receive 10 x packs of different flavour crisps from Aldi’s crisp range (the “Prize”).
  2. The winner will be notified of their win by an email to the email address used to enter the competition on or before 28/08/25.
  3. Once chosen and notified of their win in accordance with clause 17 above, to claim their place as Crisp Taster and to receive the Prize, the winner must reply to the email within 48 hours and provide the Promoter with their contact information as requested by the Promoter.
  4. The winner will then be contacted by Clarion Communications via email to the email address used to enter the competition to be asked to confirm their UK address for delivery of the Prize.
  5. If a winner does not reply to the email in accordance with clause 18 above, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Crisp Taster position and the Prize to the next eligible entrant.
  6. The Promoter and/or Clarion Communications will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner that has contacted Aldi in accordance with clause 18 above. If the winner cannot be contacted, is not available or has not claimed their Prize within 2 days of being contacted by the Promoter and/or Clarion Communications, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the valid entries received before the closing date.
  7. The prize is non-refundable, non-changeable and no cash alternative will be given.
  8. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the competition is final and the Promoter will not enter into any further correspondence regarding the outcome of the competition.
  9. The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to substitute another prize of similar or greater value.
  10. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of residence of the winner to anyone who emails CrispTaster@aldi.co.uk, within one month after the closing date of the competition.
  11. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter via email at CrispTaster@aldi.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.  

The Reviews

  1. The winner will receive the Prize.
  2. The winner will be required to submit a review of the Prize (the “Reviews”).
  3. The winner will be sent an information pack detailing further information, instructions and guidance on writing or recording the Reviews.
  4. The winner will be required to share their Reviews in accordance with the instructions that will be provided to them by the Promoter.
  5. The Crisp Taster must act in good faith when writing their Reviews, and must, in particular, ensure that such Reviews reflect their honestly held opinions.
  6. The Promoter and/or its agents have the right to edit the Reviews in any way that it deems necessary.
  7. The Reviews may be published and shared across all of the Promoter’s UK’s channels (including across the Promoter’s PR, digital, recruitment, social media channels and leaflet). By entering this competition you grant the Promoter the right to use, publish and/or share any Reviews that you create, in any way it chooses.

Winner selection:

  1. The winner will be selected by a panel of independent judges on 22/08/2025.
  2. The decision of the panel of independent judges will be final.

  5. By entering this competition, you hereby warrant that all information and social media content submitted in connection with this competition by you is true, current and complete.

  1. The winner may be required to take part in publicity releases, videos and photography accompanying or resulting from this competition. By entering into this competition you hereby assign to the Promoter, and waive your moral rights in, the copyright and all other intellectual property rights whatsoever in your entry and confirm that you have no rights in any promotional or advertising material or similar which arises out of, or is in connection, with this competition.
  2. For the avoidance of doubt, by entering this competition, the entrants agree for the images and/or videos shared as part of their entry to be used and shared via the Promotor’s social media channels.
