Raspberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

Smoothie:

  • 1 large Banana, sliced and frozen
  • 180g Raspberries
  • 65ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds

Toppings:

  • 125g Raspberries
  • 2 tbsp Specially Selected Berries & Cherries Muesli
  • 15g Fresh Mint, to garnish

Method

  1. Place all of the ingredients for the smoothie into a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl. Sprinkle the toppings on top of the smoothie to create a delicious breakfast. Serve immediately.
