Easter Roast Hot Cross Buns

Ingredients

  • 3 Cheesy Hot Cross Buns
  • 6 slices Roast Beef
  • 6 Roast Potatoes
  • 10 Carrot Batons
  • 40g Sweetheart Cabbage, sliced
  • 2 tsps Gravy Granules, made up with 140ml water
  • 1tbsp Mustard
  • 1 Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1tbsp White Vinegar

Method

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/Gas Mark 6.
  2. Put the beef joint in a large roasting dish and roast for around 40 minutes.
  3. Heat the roast potatoes and carrots in the air fryer on 180c for 10 minutes until they have crisped up and are piping hot. Fry the cabbage in a pan with a little oil.
  4. Toast the hot cross buns.
  5. Take a small jug and add the gravy granules and boiling water, then stir with a spoon until smooth.
  6. Layer the cabbage, carrots, roast beef, potatoes, mustard, and onions on the bun, then add the top of the bun.
  7. Serve with a jug of gravy for dipping and enjoy.
