Easter Roast Hot Cross Buns

Ingredients
- 3 Cheesy Hot Cross Buns
- 6 slices Roast Beef
- 6 Roast Potatoes
- 10 Carrot Batons
- 40g Sweetheart Cabbage, sliced
- 2 tsps Gravy Granules, made up with 140ml water
- 1tbsp Mustard
- 1 Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 1tbsp White Vinegar
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/Gas Mark 6.
- Put the beef joint in a large roasting dish and roast for around 40 minutes.
- Heat the roast potatoes and carrots in the air fryer on 180c for 10 minutes until they have crisped up and are piping hot. Fry the cabbage in a pan with a little oil.
- Toast the hot cross buns.
- Take a small jug and add the gravy granules and boiling water, then stir with a spoon until smooth.
- Layer the cabbage, carrots, roast beef, potatoes, mustard, and onions on the bun, then add the top of the bun.
- Serve with a jug of gravy for dipping and enjoy.
