Fresh berry meringues, packed with strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, and double cream, with a tangy orange twist
1 box Specially Selected Meringues
½ punnet Strawberries
1 punnet Blackberries
½ punnet Raspberries
300ml Double Cream
2 tsp Caster Sugar
1 x Orange
Add the sugar and cream to a bowl and whisk until it forms soft peaks.
Cut the blackberries and raspberries in half and halve and slice the strawberries.
Peel the skin off the orange, remove as much of the white pith as possible, cut into thin slices and curl around a skewer.
Build by filling the meringue with cream then top with the fruit and orange twists.
