    No Churn Margarita Ice Cream

    600ml Double cream

    1 x 397g tin Condensed milk

    Juice and finely grated rind x 1 lime

    40g Icing sugar

    125ml Infusionist Margarita cocktail mix


    Put the cream, icing sugar and condensed milk into a large bowl.

    Whisk for 4 mins.

    Add the margarita cocktail, lime juice and rind.

    Whisk again till thickened.

    Pour into a freezer proof container and freeze for 6 hours.

    Then scoop straight from the freezer.
