    1 x 375g Pack Ashfield Farm Diced Chicken Breast

    1 x Sachet Bilash Boil in the Bag Rice

    10g Cucina Premium Pesto

    Stonemill Salt and Black Pepper

    4 x Sunnyhills Large Pitta Breads

    Method

    Cook the rice as instructions on the packet, and allow to cool.

    Put the chicken breast and the pesto in a food processor and mince until the chicken is smooth.

    Mix in the cooked rice, season with salt and pepper.

    Make four patties out of the mixture.

    Cook them on the BBQ or on a griddle pan or under the grill for about 15 minutes.

    Serve them in the warmed pitta breads.
