Cornflake Pudding

Ingredients
- 500ml Milk
- 60g Brown Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4tsp Salt
- 375g Cornflakes
To Serve
- Ice Cream/Whipped Cream
- Fresh Berries
You will need a baking tray 8x8 inches/20x20cm
Method
- Preheat oven to 375F/190C/gas mark 5
- Take a large bowl and mix all ingredients together, then pour into a large baking dish.
- Bake for around 35 minutes, covering with foil once the top has slightly browned.
- Serve with ice cream/ whipped cream and fresh berries.
