Cornflake Pudding

Ingredients

  • 500ml Milk
  • 60g Brown Sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4tsp Salt
  • 375g Cornflakes  

To Serve  

  • Ice Cream/Whipped Cream
  • Fresh Berries  

You will need a baking tray 8x8 inches/20x20cm

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375F/190C/gas mark 5
  2. Take a large bowl and mix all ingredients together, then pour into a large baking dish.
  3. Bake for around 35 minutes, covering with foil once the top has slightly browned.
  4. Serve with ice cream/ whipped cream and fresh berries.
