No Churn Margarita Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 600ml Double cream
- 1 x 397g tin Condensed milk
- Juice and finely grated rind x 1 lime
- 40g Icing sugar
- 125ml Infusionist Margarita cocktail mix
Method
- Put the cream, icing sugar and condensed milk into a large bowl.
- Whisk for 4 mins.
- Add the margarita cocktail, lime juice and rind.
- Whisk again till thickened.
- Pour into a freezer proof container and freeze for 6 hours.
- Then scoop straight from the freezer.
