Feta and Olive Chequerboard

This zesty recipe makes a fun little starter.

Ingredients
- 2 x 200g Feta Blocks, drained
- 25g Sicilian Queen Nocellara Green Olives
- ½ tsp Dried Chilli Flakes
- ¼ tsp Ground Black pepper
- ½ x tsp Fresh Thyme Leaves
- 30ml Olive Oil
To serve:
- Shallow Wooden Serving Board
Method
- Cut the feta into 3 pieces lengthways, then cut each strip into 4 cubes.
- Arrange the feta and olives alternatively on the board.
- Sprinkle over the chilli flakes, black pepper and thyme, then drizzle with some olive oil and serve.
