    Horseradish and Chive

    125g Greenvale Salted Butter, at room temperature

    10g Chives or Green Stem of Spring Onion

    20g Bramwells Horseradish

    Paprika and Tomato

    125g Greenvale Salted Butter, at room temperature

    1 heaped tsp Stonemill Paprika

    20g Cucina Tomato Purée

    Garlic and Parsley

    125g Greenvale Salted Butter

    4 cloves Garlic

    10g fresh Parsley

    Method

    Horseradish and Chive

    Finely dice the chives or spring onion. Put the butter, chives or spring onion and horseradish together in a bowl. Mix well and then divide into 6 – make into rounds and chill.

    Paprika and Tomato

    Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until well blended. Divide into 6 portions – make into rounds and chill.

    Garlic and Parsley

    Peel and finely dice the garlic or put through a garlic press. Finely chop the parsley. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Divide into 6 – make into rounds and chill.
