Frequently asked questions

  • Its about helping you and your family get active and try new sports. All you need to do is spend £30 or more in store in one transaction at any ALDI in the UK and you can claim one free sports or session.

  • We’re offering free sports sessions. This mean that each valid claim gives you free entry or a free session or lesson for a sport near you from the thousands we have available across the UK. You can go on your own or as part of a group, but please note that as part of a group only one person can use their free voucher. You can check out the sports available near you here and also more detail on the terms and conditions here.

  • Its super simple. Just spend a minimum of £30 at any ALDI store across the UK in one transaction and you’ll be issued with a printed voucher with a unique claim code. Then just go to freesportssessions.aldi.co.uk and hit ‘Register’. We’ll need you to enter your unique code, name and email address and then you’re ready to go. You can look through the sports and sessions available near you and choose one that you want to try. We’ll also send you can email with a link to tap at a later date if you want to wait and claim later. You can see further information in our terms and conditions here.

  • We’ve got thousands of sports to choose from across the UK. You can have a look at what’s available in your area first here, or after you have registered and ready to claim. Search in your area and refine by the type of sport that you want. You’ll find further details and how to book your session. Different venues may have different booking instructions so be sure to read the key information carefully as this will tell you want you need to do.

  • The promotion starts at 00:01 on the 19th June 2023 and ends at 23.59 on 31st July 2023. After that point no more unique claim codes will be issued in store but you can still use them to claim until 23.59 on 11th September 2023 at freesportssessions.aldi.co.uk.

  • One printed voucher and unique code is issued per transaction of £30 or more. You can get more vouchers by making additional transactions of £30 or more. You cannot claim a voucher with multiple translations of below £30 added together.
  • Yes you can! You can try as many new sports in your areas as you like. But please note that each voucher entitles you to one free entry or session as an individual or as part of a group booking. If you attend the session with your family or friends in a group then the additional attendees will need to pay full price.
  • If you spent £30 or more at one of our ALDI stores in the UK, please check first that it was between 19th June and 31st July 2023. If you have met the requirements within the promotional period, please either return to the store with a copy of your receipt and ask a member of the team, or alternatively contact our customer service team who will be able to assist.
