Mistletoe Margarita.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Tequilla
  • 25ml Triple Sec
  • 25ml Lime Juice
  • 15ml White Chocolate Cream Liqueur
  • 15ml Simple Syrup
  • Lime Wedge, to rim glass
  • A handful of Berries, for the ice
  • Salt or Sugar, to rim the glass
  • Cinnamon Stick, to garnish

Method

  1. To prepare the ice, drop a few berries into each section of your ice cube tray, fill with water and freeze overnight.
  2. First, prepare your glass by wiping a lime wedge around the rim of your glass, then dipping into salt or sugar.
  3. To make the cocktail, pour the tequila, triple sec, lime juice, white chocolate cream liqueur and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker.
  4. Add a handful of ice and shake well to combine.
  5. Pop the ice with the berries into your glass, then strain the margarita over the ice.
  6. Finish with a stick of cinnamon.
