Christmas Affogato

A festive twist on an Italian classic, this tasty ice cream and coffee dessert is ready in just 3 minutes.  

Serves: 1 | Prep time: 3 mins

Ingredients  

• 2 Scoops of either Winter Mix or Toasted Marshmallow Ice Cream
• 1 Heaped tsp Instant Coffee
• 80ml Boiling Water

Method

1. In a small jug, mix the coffee with the water.
2. Put the two scoops of ice cream into a small glass or cup.
3. Pour over the coffee and serve immediately.
