Autumn Immunity Boosting Smoothie

Fight off those Autumnal bugs with this tasty smoothie.
Serves: 1 Large or 2 Small smoothies | Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients
- 200ml Apple juice
- ½ Frozen Banana
- 60g Frozen Mango
- ½ Carrot, grated
- 1 tsp Fresh Ginger
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Small handful of Ice
To serve:
- 1 tsp Seed Mix
- Pinch of Chia Seeds
Method
- Place all the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
- If the smoothie is too thick for your liking, add a little extra apple juice and blitz again until you have your desired texture.
- Top with the seed mix and a pinch of chia seeds and serve.
