Autumn Immunity Boosting Smoothie

Fight off those Autumnal bugs with this tasty smoothie.

Serves: 1 Large or 2 Small smoothies   |   Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 200ml Apple juice
  • ½ Frozen Banana
  • 60g Frozen Mango
  • ½ Carrot, grated
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • Pinch of Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • Small handful of Ice

To serve:

  • 1 tsp Seed Mix
  • Pinch of Chia Seeds  

  

Method

  1. Place all the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. If the smoothie is too thick for your liking, add a little extra apple juice and blitz again until you have your desired texture.
  3. Top with the seed mix and a pinch of chia seeds and serve.
