Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Bowl

Start your day off with this refreshing, seasonal smoothie bowl.
Serves: 1 person | Prep time: 10 minutes, plus 2 freezing time for 1/2 banana

Ingredients
For the Smoothie:
- 1 small Banana, frozen
- 100g Pumpkin Purée, cooked, cooled and blended
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 3 heaped tbsp Greek Yogurt
- 150ml Almond Milk
- A few drops of Vanilla Extract
For the toppings:
- ½ Fig, sliced into quarters
- 1 tbsp Berry Granola
- 1 tsp Pomegranate Seeds
- 2 tsp Peanut Butter, to drizzle over
- 5g Pumpkin Seeds
Method
- Place all the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Warm the almond or peanut butter slightly in the microwave for 10 seconds.
- Serve in a bowl and sprinkle over all the toppings and drizzle over the nut butter.
