Baked Sweet Potato with Peanut Butter & Raspberries

Ingredients

  • 4 large Sweet Potatoes
  • 160g Peanut Butter
  • 32 Raspberries
  • 60g Protein Granola Chocolate
  • 120ml Maple Syrup  

  

Method

  1. Cook the potatoes as per the base recipe.
  2. Cut the cooked potatoes in half lengthways and spread the peanut butter over each side.
  3. Allow 8 raspberries per potato.
  4. Slightly crush the granola with a rolling pin and sprinkle this over the potatoes, along with the 8 raspberries.
  5. Drizzle with the maple syrup and serve.
