Baked Sweet Potato with Peanut Butter & Raspberries

Ingredients
- 4 large Sweet Potatoes
- 160g Peanut Butter
- 32 Raspberries
- 60g Protein Granola Chocolate
- 120ml Maple Syrup
Method
- Cook the potatoes as per the base recipe.
- Cut the cooked potatoes in half lengthways and spread the peanut butter over each side.
- Allow 8 raspberries per potato.
- Slightly crush the granola with a rolling pin and sprinkle this over the potatoes, along with the 8 raspberries.
- Drizzle with the maple syrup and serve.
